Corporate Retreat In Delhi

Two days at a private farmhouse in the Aravallis. Three days aligning a fifty-person leadership team by the Ganges. A week wrapped around palace dinners in Rajasthan. Each one built to the brief, not the brochure.

02Quiet thinking
Strategy getaways

A week that earns its name.

Strategy retreats, sales kick-offs, founder summits — held on private grounds, river camps, and forest estates. The right distance from the office and the right room for hard conversations.

03Team days
Bonding & morale

Days the team will mention for years.

Rafting on the upper Ganges, treks through cedar forest, long lunches on Konkan beaches, a closing dinner under a Rajasthani fort. Activities chosen for the group, not the catalogue.

04Wellness weeks
Rejuvenation blocks

The week the inbox forgot about.

Sunrise yoga on the lawn, breathwork, sound sessions, slow hikes, a long spa afternoon. Built into the agenda where it actually belongs — between the working blocks, not at the end of them.

05Going further
International retreats

Dubai, Bali, Singapore — same team, new room.

Cross-border retreats for leadership groups that don’t all sit in one timezone. Visa, flights, transfers, AV, dietary, security — handled in one thread from the first call.

From the journal — a quiet preamble.

A retreat is the rare week a team stops reacting and starts thinking.

Sat in a quiet room, three or four hours from the office, decisions take shape that no open-plan floor ever permits. The agenda is yours. The setting is ours. Sound travels. People listen. Things get written down that would have died on a Slack thread.

We’ve run those weeks for a pharma leadership team aligning on its next five years, a fintech rebuilding trust after a hard quarter, a thirty-person sales force that hadn’t laughed together since 2022, and a founder-owned exporter mapping out a generational handover. Each one started with a blank page and a short brief.

We are one of the older retreat outfits in Delhi — a small, opinionated team rather than a call-centre agency. We book the venues, write the agenda, send the buses, set up the projector, run the team games, hold the microphone on the gala night, and write the report after you’ve gone home. None of those jobs is outsourced to a third party you’ve never met.

What we handle

Everything between the brief and the bus home.

A working list, not a brochure. The exact things we pick up so you don’t have a hundred vendor threads open at once.
01

Venue shortlist & contracting

Palace, plantation, river camp, boutique city hotel, private estate — we visit, we negotiate, we sign. Three workable options, each with the actual quote attached.

02

Travel & on-ground transfers

Flights, train blocks, airport pick-ups, the long bus to the hills, the cab the next morning. One spreadsheet, one point of contact, zero onward WhatsApp groups.

03

Working sessions & facilitation

AV, whiteboards, break-out rooms, a printed agenda, a named facilitator, and the kind of coffee that gets rooms back in their seats on time.

04

Team activities

Rafting, treks, pottery with a local artisan, a scavenger hunt in a heritage town, cook-offs, a play with a real script. Chosen for the kind of team you have.

05

Wellness & recovery blocks

Sunrise yoga on the lawn, breathwork, slow forest walks, an actual spa afternoon, an honest conversation on burnout. The wellness slot is built in — it’s not an optional add-on.

06

Themed dinners & gala nights

Jaisalmer folk musicians at a private fort dinner. A Konkan seafood grill on the beach. An awards night hosted by someone who doesn’t embarrass the recipients.

07

Photography & recap film

An unhurried photographer who’ll actually catch the room laughing, and a short film cut within ten days. Your team takes it home; it doesn’t live on a hard drive.

08

Debrief & impact report

A page-by-page debrief document, a sentiment read of the team, photos, the film, vendor spend, and one paragraph you can actually hand to the board.

Where we work

Twenty-odd venues, not a hundred.

We’d rather know a venue properly than pretend we know a hundred. These are the regions we run retreats in, with what each one is best for.
A rough map of our retreat geography
01
Delhi & the Aravallis

Private farmhouses two hours out of the city, mostly. Good for shorter, harder-edged offsites where people still need to get home for the weekend.

02
Rishikesh & the upper Ganges

Riverside camps, yoga-led mornings, rafting if the water’s right. The retreat people remember on Monday morning.

03
Shimla, Mussoorie & the northern hills

Old-world hill stations — useful for leadership groups who need long, quiet working rooms without the distractions of a resort.

04
Goa & the Konkan coast

Beach stays and long lunches, with a real working block wedged in before lunch on the second day. Honest about it.

05
Udaipur, Jaipur & royal Rajasthan

Heritage hotels and palace grounds for the bigger recognition trip, the founder summit, or the once-a-year leadership offsite.

06
Dubai, Bali, Singapore

Cross-border retreats for distributed leadership teams. We handle visas, transfers, dietary, security and the small print that still matters at 11pm the night before.

How the week gets made

Five beats, one phone number the whole way through.

No project manager handoff on day three, no new contact after the venue recon. The same person carries the brief from “sounds interesting” to “send me the report.”
01

Discovery call

A forty-five-minute conversation about the team, the goal of the week, and what last year’s offsite got wrong.

02

Shortlist

Two or three venues, two or three agency itineraries, two or three price points. Real quotes, not estimate ranges.

03

Build

Agenda, run-sheet, rooming, dietary cards, signage, AV cue times. You see drafts; we rev until they’re yours.

04

On-site

The lead is in the room every morning, microphone in hand by evening, awake at the airport pick-up the next morning.

05

Debrief

A document that tells the board honestly what worked, what didn’t, and whether to do this same thing again next year.

Honest questions

What people ask before booking.

The questions we’ve actually been asked in the first call — in the order we usually get them.
001How long should a retreat actually be?+

Two days is enough for a tight leadership team with a focused, single question to settle. Three days is the most useful length for most strategy or bonding retreats. Beyond four days, attention collapses — we’ll tell you if your draft is too long.

002How many people can you handle?+

Nine to a few hundred. Below twenty we tend to recommend boutique, intimate venues; above a hundred we move to private resorts or full estate buy-outs so the team isn’t sharing a breakfast room with strangers.

003What does a retreat cost per person?+

Domestic retreats in India tend to land between  ₹18,000 and  ₹55,000 per person, all-in, depending on destination, length and venue. International retreats run higher — we share a real per-head breakdown in the proposal, never a “starting from” line.

004What makes you different from a large event agency?+

Most agencies sell you a coordinator; we sell you the same person from the first call to the final report. We design the agenda in-house, we’re on-site, and we answer our own phone at 11pm the night before the gala.

005Can you run our internal strategy workshop as well?+

Yes. We have facilitators on the team who can lead OKR-setting, planning, post-mortems, founder-offsites and the more delicate conversations a leadership team sometimes needs to have with a third party in the room.

006Do you handle international retreats?+

Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Bangkok, Sri Lanka, Vietnam. Visa letters, airport transfers, dietary across cultural lines, AV at sea, security on a private island — we’ve done it and we keep a quiet list of venues that actually deliver.

007Can the retreat theme be tied to a launch or announcement?+

Often it is. Product reveals, sales kick-offs, leadership announcements, founder-succession plans — we’ve done all four. Confidentiality is built into the contract and the team brief.

008How far ahead should we book?+

Six to ten weeks is comfortable for a domestic retreat. For palace venues, beach estates and international trips at peak season, we’d start talking at three to six months.

009What happens if the weather turns?+

The plan B is built alongside the plan A. Outdoor elements have indoor replacements, monsoon windows are written into the run-sheet, and our on-site lead has the authority to swap things in real time.

010Can we see past work?+

On the first call. We’ll walk through two or three recent retreats — the brief, the format, what we’d do differently now — and share anonymised debrief docs if you’d like a more clinical view.

An open door

The week the team will quietly carry through the next quarter.

No two retreats we’ve run have been identical. That’s the point — and that’s why they work.
