Roadshows
Branded vans and motorcycle squads on fixed weekly loops.
Whether it's a weekend tasting at DLF Mall of India, Noida, a residential sampling drive inside Sector 50 RWA gates, or a branded roadshow van looping between Gurgaon's Cyber Hub and Sector 29 — the brief is the same: a real conversation between the right promoter and the right consumer, on the same day the purchase decision is made.
Corporate Event Management has been running these campaigns since 2017. We hold the permissions, build the booths in our Burari workshop, staff them with trained promoters on our rolls, and push a daily MIS report to your inbox before midnight.
A BTL — Below-The-Line — event is not a TV spot bought cheap. It is a Saturday afternoon at Connaught Place where a trained promoter asks a curious shopper to try a sample, listens for ninety seconds, and captures a phone number on a tablet. It is a brand ambassador in Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden explaining a new detergent SKU to a homemaker who has come down for the weekend sale.
The channel has been quietly outperforming display ads in Delhi NCR for years — because the cost of mobile data in India is so low that attention has become the most expensive thing a brand can buy. The campaign formats we run recover that attention with face-to-face work, on our rolls, on our terms.
We pair that on-ground muscle with equally disciplined back-office reporting — daily MIS pushed to your phone by 9 PM, consolidated PDFs at week-end, and a closing document that tells you what worked, what didn't and which two venues to drop next quarter.
Most campaigns mix two or three of these on the same brief. Single-format campaigns are the exception, not the rule.
Live demos, AR filters, photo booths, influencer walk-ins — the immersive formats that put a 30-second encounter into long-term memory.
Pre-booked slots at 11+ Delhi NCR malls. We manage power, lifts, security and the entire footprint for the day.
Sachets, single-use packs and trial-size SKUs at residential gates, supermarket exits and metro stations — every touch PIN-coded for attribution.

From approved brief to first live day: 7-9 working days for single-city, 18-21 for multi-city roster. Rushed launches accepted at premium pricing.
Anything that targets a specific consumer segment through direct, on-ground engagement rather than mass media. In practice for us in Delhi NCR, that means mall activations, sampling drives at society gates and supermarkets, roadshows with branded vans or autos, retail trade activations, and immersive experiential booths at airports, colleges or expos. Television, print, radio and digital display buys are ATL — outside the scope of this page.
Select Citywalk (Saket), DLF Mall of India & GIP (Noida), Ambience Mall (Vasant Kunj & Gurgaon), Pacific Mall (Tagore Garden & Subhash Nagar), Phoenix MarketCity (Kurla, Mumbai on request), City Centre (Gurgaon & Noida), Promenade (Vasant Kunj), and several others — list updated quarterly. We can also open a new mall relationship in 7-10 working days where required.
For a single-day, single-venue activation with 6-10 promoters, expect 5-7 working days from approved brief. A multi-week, multi-city roster with custom-built kiosks and influencer coordination takes 18-21 working days. Rush campaigns are accepted at a premium and we will tell you upfront if it cannot be done safely.
Per day, per venue: footfall counter readings, sample count distributed, qualified contacts captured (with consent), coupon / QR redemptions, geo-tagged photos in three vertical slots (morning, afternoon, evening), a 30-second phone-shot video, and a short note from the on-site supervisor. We push this on WhatsApp by 9 PM every active day and a 7-day consolidated PDF at the end.
Yes. Noida & Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon run as part of our standard NCR rolls. Lucknow, Kanpur, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Indore and Bhopal are covered by our regional teams — travel and local-coordination costs quoted separately. We have run simultaneous 14-city campaigns, with one client owner per region.
Pricing is split into five lines: (1) promoter day-rate (depends on role — sampler, demonstrator, brand ambassador, supervisor), (2) booth / kiosk fabrication and branding, (3) venue permissions and mall fees, (4) consumables and giveaway stock, (5) travel & outstation stay. A typical single-day mall activation with 8 promoters and a mid-size kiosk in Delhi NCR lands in the ₹85,000-1,40,000 gross range. We share a line-item quote and will not quote without a venue list.
Yes — we coordinate with mall authorities, RWAs, municipal permissions where required (especially for outdoor roadshows and food sampling under FSSAI), and keep the necessary insurance, fire-NOC and electrical safety documentation on file. Clients are sent copies of active permissions before the campaign goes live.
India's mobile data is among the cheapest in the world — which means attention is the most expensive thing a brand can buy. A 6-second pre-roll on YouTube hits thousands but converts at sub-1% in our category work. A 90-second conversation between a trained promoter and a curious shopper at a Gurgaon mall converts at 8-22% — with a name, a phone number and a memory. The two channels work best together; the BTL side of that equation is what we operate.
