About the work

We plan annual days the way HR teams wish they had time to.

Founded by R. Khurana, Delhi

An annual day is half celebration and half logistics. We pick up the latter so HR and admin teams can sit through the event instead of running it.

The work covers theme conceptualisation, venue shortlisting and booking across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and beyond, stage design and fabrication, vendor coordination for sound, lights and LED walls, scripting the awards segment so it does not drag, booking the anchor or emcee, lining up entertainment, managing catering tasting and plating, and running show-call on the day. We also handle the quieter jobs: green room setup, guest list kiosks, registration counters, transport windows, photography and a same-day highlight reel if needed.

Clients range from a 90-person SaaS shop in Gurugram to a 2,400-strong plant in Pune. The brief changes, the working method does not.

How many months ahead should we approach you?+

For a single-venue annual day under 1,000 guests, six to ten weeks is workable if the venue is still open. For 1,000+ guests, multi-city setups, or celebrity acts, give us three to six months. Hotel banquet halls in Delhi and Gurgaon peak between November and February, so earlier is better in that window.

What does the planning fee include?+

One quote covers planning time, design, vendor handling, on-site team and post-event edits. Production costs (stage, sound, lights, food, talent) are quoted separately at vendor rates. We run an open-book policy: you see every vendor invoice and we mark up nothing.

Can you run two plants on the same night?+

Yes, and we have done it twice this year. Two teams, mirrored themes but separate run-sheets, one show-caller dialled into both. Travel and crew costs are shared; we lay them out in the quote.

Do you work outside NCR?+

We have planned events in 62 Indian cities so far, including Indore, Coimbatore, Lucknow, Kochi and Bhubaneswar. Crew flies in, vendors are mapped locally, and we audit the venue three to seven days before the show.

What about safety, insurance and compliance?+

Every venue is audited for fire exits, stage load and electrical safety. We carry event insurance up to ₹2 crore per show, food is sourced through FSSAI-licensed caterers, and we file the local police intimation letter where required.

Will you share a sample budget before we sign?+

After the discovery call, we send a one-page indicative budget for your headcount and city. The detailed quote follows after the theme and venue are agreed.
